As a young child I spent many a day growing up in Atlantic City New Jersey at the 500 Club. It was frequented by the likes of John F. Kennedy, Frank Sinatra, Martin and Lewis, Nat King Cole, Jayne Mansfield, Sammy Davis Jr. and a lot more great legends. My father was the former manager of the establishment in its peak during the late 1950's and early 1960's and my mother was an Anatolian belly dancer booked at the 500 club from New York City famous with her own career. It had a tremendous effect on my sense of reality. I thought as a child that this was ordinary, everyday life. "Goo Goo Goo" 'Jayne Mansfield' said in her dressing room as she posed before my fathers camera while holding me in her now historic arms for this rare photograph. Its a memory that will stay with me forever.
